How do I place an order?
Please send me a message on social media, an email or use the form on my 'Contact' page and tell me what painting/photos/gifts you are interested in and any further details (e.g. size of photo print or type of finish wanted on a photo print). I will then confirm the order details with you and discuss payment details.
How can I pay?
I accept UK cheques or Paypal. Although I do not accept credit/debit cards, you can still use these cards to pay through Paypal. Once funds have cleared I will then begin to package/send your items and I will send confirmation when your order is on its way.
Are you always open for commissions?
As I am also a University student I can only do oil paintings during holidays, as these supplies are kept at home. However coasters are still available throughout the year. Sometimes I will have to stop accepting orders for a while, either because I have a large number of orders I am already working on or I have other commitments such as my exams. If you want to know if I am currently accepting commissions please feel free to message me and I will reply within 24 hours.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
I usually use Royal Mail 1st Class signed for (I will nearly always use this for coasters unless requested otherwise) or Parcelforce Express 48, on occasion I may use other couriers where appropriate e.g. larger paintings. Before I send your order I will inform you which courier I am using.
How quickly will I receive my works?
As commissioned paintings and coasters are done to order it will depend on how long they take to create, for example a coaster will typically take around 1-2 weeks to arrive, however this can vary therefore when you contact me I will give you an estimate of how long it will take. Paintings and coasters will then be posted using the above mentioned services, so will most likely arrive within 2 days after being posted. Photos are printed to order therefore can take up to two weeks to arrive from date of payment. If you have a particular deadline such as a birthday then please email me in advance and I'll try to work to this deadline if possible.
Do you provide any discounts?
When you buy multiple coasters the price of each one becomes cheaper and If you order a selection of works I can ship them together and therefore provide you with a discounted postage price. Also if you buy multiple prints then feel free to email me to see if I can provide a discounted price.
How thick are the canvases?
Canvas board are approximately 4mm, canvases are approximately 15mm and box canvases are approximately 35-40mm. If you want an exact value for a specific painting send me an email and I can tell you.
